Cassie is a Class-A magus. She can freeze anything she touches, but her powers go far beyond than what is realized. She can harness, control, or manipulate any element in relation to water or ice, giving her control of weather, temperature, and other environmental properties. The sword she carries helps to regulate her power (too much of her magic could send her into a fatal state of hypothermia). She can, however, handle colder climates much more than the average.
