Bella is a Class-B magus that can travel at superhuman speeds. Her hypersonic combat techniques allow her to easily dodge enemies, enabling her to utilize more stored energy for incredibly powerful attacks. Because her magic is flexible, she can conjure anything at will (i.e. shields, beams, balls of magic). Her code name, Rogue, was assigned as a result of her unpredictability. She also loves fast food, and was deemed the "class-clown" of the Elite Team. Currently, Bella is missing-in-action (MIA).
